Sales Staff - Our sales staff works hard to get to know you and your personal tastes—to help nail down the “must haves” and rule out the “that’s-not-really-us” options to get us on the right track, right away.
Job Site Manager - From the moment your new home is staked-out on your lot until we hand over the keys, your Job Site Manager is your “go-to” person and is in charge of making sure your new home is built exactly how you want it. Period.
Design Staff - Our staff has years of experience in interpreting customer wants and needs. The result? The final floor plan for any of our Allan Builders or Odyssey models reflects your personal style and meets your needs.
Selections Coordinator - From the color of your siding, soffits and gutters to selecting the wood trim for the inside of your home, the selection process is much easier (and even sort of fun!) with the help of our Selections Coordinator. And for those customers who may want further assistance with interior design, Allan Builders, LLC offers (at additional cost) a professional Home Designer.
